Currently, the authorities and construction units are mobilizing specialized vehicles to continue efforts to clear rocks, mud, and urgently clean the landslide area. It is expected that on November 1, the entire work will be completed, returning the road to a clear and safe state for vehicles traveling on the route.

As reported by SGGP Newspaper, earlier on the morning of October 31, due to the impact of prolonged heavy rain, a large amount of rock and soil on the slope of the mountain slope was seriously eroded, spilling onto the coastal road of Ha Tinh, the border between Trung Tien village, Ky Khang commune and Ban Hai residential group, Hai Ninh ward, stretching for about 30m. The estimated volume of rock and soil that had collapsed was up to more than 2,000m 3 .
The incident completely cut off traffic through the area, blocking traffic for several hours.

Upon receiving the information, Ky Khang Border Guard Station dispatched officers and soldiers to the scene to coordinate with functional forces and local authorities to quickly set up barriers and warning signs at both ends of the landslide site. At the same time, they coordinated to deploy remedial measures to ensure people's safety.

In parallel with focusing on overcoming the landslide incident at the above location, currently, functional forces and local authorities also continue to monitor areas with potential risks of dangerous landslides on the route to warn people and drivers, especially in complicated heavy rain conditions.
