On November 3, the working delegation of the Standing Committee of Tuyen Quang Provincial Party Committee, led by Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Director of the Provincial Police, had a working session with the Party Committees of the communes: Hoang Su Phi, Thang Tin, Ban May, Po Ly Ngai, Xin Man according to Decision No. 126-QD/TU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the working session, the Party Committees of the communes reported on the implementation results of the policies and directions of the Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the operation of two-level local government, Party, government and mass organization building, the socio- economic development situation, national defense and security, as well as emerging issues of security and order in the area.

Delegates also discussed and clarified difficulties and problems in the process of organizing and operating the commune-level apparatus after the merger, handling administrative procedures, ensuring social security, preventing and overcoming the consequences of natural disasters and floods.

Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, Director of the Provincial Police Department, delivered a concluding speech at the meeting.

Concluding the working session, Major General Nguyen Duc Thuan, Director of the Provincial Police, acknowledged the serious preparation and responsibility of the Party Committees of the communes; at the same time, requested the localities to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity and unity in leadership and direction, and pay attention to encouraging cadres and party members to feel secure in their work.

He emphasized that the Party Committees of communes need to closely follow the direction of the province, proactively grasp the situation at the grassroots level, promptly detect and handle complicated security and order issues, especially in border areas and ethnic minority areas; at the same time, promote the movement "All people protect national security" associated with effectively implementing the task of socio-economic development in the locality.
