To seize opportunities, start-up businesses have been proactively taking advantage of technology for development.

Established in August 2025 with the goal of connecting all individuals, businesses and governments through technology and artificial intelligence (AI), VN168 Technology Joint Stock Company (VN168) founded the VN168 platform based on gathering leading AI Agents into a single platform. The company's goal is to create a simple and easy-to-access platform, helping users not have to get used to many complex tools. At the same time, it provides digital transformation solutions and AI tools to support public administration, support e-government, businesses and applications in education and agriculture .

Mr. Huynh Van Kieu, General Director of VN168, shared that the company's AI 168 product is easy to deploy, helping businesses manage intelligently, optimize operations and develop sustainably, helping the government simplify processes, operate faster and more accurately. In particular, farmers will have smart agricultural solutions, optimize production and increase productivity.

In the initial stages of implementing the National Digital Transformation Program, Dak Lak province faced many difficulties. These were uneven access to technology among population groups; the telecommunications infrastructure was not really stable; a part of the population, especially the elderly and people in difficult areas, were still hesitant about technology. Therefore, immediately after its establishment, VN168 stepped up coordination with the government, especially in remote communes and difficult areas to disseminate and guide the application of AI and practice the AI VN168 tool in handling public administrative procedures, practice comparing tasks on AI VN168, as well as data analysis and management skills.

Mr. Lai Duc Dai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Pac commune, shared: "We are one of the first communes to accompany VN168 since the company was first established. The process of digital transformation in the commune has recorded many positive results. Krong Pac is honored to be one of the few localities that the Provincial People's Committee has highly appreciated in digital transformation work in recent times."

Although newly established, VN168 has implemented 7 AI transfer and training projects in communes/wards in the province. VN168's goal is to comprehensively digitalize all 102 communes and wards in the province. To realize this goal, the company is focusing on synchronizing software systems, building specialized teaching curricula and developing a team of high-tech human resources to ensure training progress and quality.

Many experts believe that young businesses have the advantage of adapting to technology more quickly. In particular, after policy changes, there has been a market purge, leading to some traditional businesses being replaced by younger ones. However, young businesses and startups also face many challenges and need to change and adapt to apply technology and successfully transform digitally.

In order for startups to better apply technology, comprehensive support from many units is needed, especially agencies and departments from the central to local levels.

Therefore, the application of technology platforms will also be somewhat limited. There are some goals that young enterprises aspire to achieve but are beyond their capabilities. In terms of the market, it can be seen that Dak Lak currently has very few technology enterprises operating because the demand is not strong enough. "Only when the mindset of applying innovative technology to enterprises is popularized, will the demand increase, at that time there will appear a supply source, which is strong technology enterprises in the locality to meet the demand," Ms. Luong Thi Thuy Anh affirmed.

In fact, the technology application roadmap not only requires the efforts of the enterprises themselves but also the support of local authorities and departments and branches. For example, manufacturing enterprises that want to apply technology to machinery systems or production lines, AI applications all need a budget. Therefore, funding sources such as the Innovation Fund, the Provincial Technology Application Fund or the Government need to have a budget for digital technology projects to support start-up enterprises to realize creative ideas. Or for trade and service enterprises, they need more support and more in-depth training so that they can apply digital technology in accessing the market, approaching customers and improving service quality in a systematic and professional manner.

For businesses themselves, in order to apply digital technology and start a business in the digital technology field, the first thing is to dare to step out into the "big sea" and change their mindset and upgrade themselves.
