In the context of the ongoing Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation and innovative entrepreneurship have become crucial drivers of socio-economic development.

To seize opportunities, startups have been proactively leveraging technology to grow.

Established in August 2025 with the goal of connecting individuals, businesses, and governments through technology and artificial intelligence (AI), VN168 Technology Joint Stock Company (VN168) founded the VN168 platform by gathering leading AI agents into a single platform. The company aims to create a simple and easily accessible platform, eliminating the need for users to familiarize themselves with complex tools. Simultaneously, it provides digital transformation solutions and AI tools to support public administration, e-government, businesses, and applications in education and agriculture .

Businesses introduce AI tools for use in the healthcare industry at the Dak Lak Province Digital Transformation Day 2025.

Mr. Huynh Van Kieu, General Director of VN168, shared that the company's AI 168 product is easy to deploy, helping businesses manage intelligently, optimize operations and achieve sustainable development, and helping the government simplify processes, operate more quickly and accurately. In particular, farmers will have access to smart agricultural solutions, optimizing production and increasing productivity.

In the initial phase of implementing the National Digital Transformation Program, Dak Lak province faced numerous challenges. These included uneven levels of technological access among different population groups; unstable telecommunications infrastructure; and a segment of the population, especially the elderly and those in disadvantaged areas, remaining hesitant to embrace technology. Therefore, immediately after its establishment, VN168 intensified its efforts to coordinate with local authorities, particularly in remote and disadvantaged areas, to disseminate information and provide guidance on AI applications and the practical use of the VN168 AI tool in handling public administrative procedures, comparing tasks within the VN168 AI tool, and developing data analysis and management skills.

Mr. Lai Duc Dai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Krong Pac commune, shared: "We are one of the first communes to partner with VN168 since the company's inception. The digital transformation process in the commune has yielded many positive results. Krong Pac is honored to be one of the few localities highly appreciated by the Provincial People's Committee for its digital transformation efforts in recent times."

Despite being newly established, VN168 has already implemented 7 AI transfer and training projects in communes/wards across the province. VN168's goal is to comprehensively transform the digital landscape of all 102 communes and wards in the province. To achieve this goal, the company is focusing on synchronizing its software systems, developing specialized teaching curricula, and cultivating a high-tech workforce to ensure the progress and quality of training.

Many experts believe that young businesses today have the advantage of adapting to technology more quickly. In particular, following policy changes that have led to market consolidation, some traditional businesses have been replaced by younger ones. However, young businesses and startups also face numerous challenges and need to adapt and change to successfully adopt technology and undergo digital transformation.

For startups to better utilize technology, comprehensive support from many entities is needed, especially from agencies and departments at all levels, from central to local government.

Ms. Luong Thi Thuy Anh , Director of Daklak Innovation Hub (DIH)

According to Ms. Luong Thi Thuy Anh, Director of the Daklak Innovation Hub (DIH), young businesses currently lack abundant resources, financial potential, and experience. Therefore, the application of technology platforms is somewhat limited. There are some goals that young businesses aspire to achieve but are beyond their capabilities. From a market perspective, it can be seen that Dak Lak currently has very few technology businesses operating because the demand is not strong enough. "Only when the mindset about applying innovative technology to businesses is popularized will the demand increase, and then a supply of strong local technology businesses will emerge to meet that demand," Ms. Luong Thi Thuy Anh affirmed.

In reality, the process of applying technology requires not only the efforts of businesses themselves but also the support of local authorities and relevant departments. For example, manufacturing businesses wanting to apply technology to their machinery or production lines, or to use AI, need budget. Therefore, funds such as the Innovation Fund, the Technology Application Fund of the province, or the Government need to allocate budget for digital technology projects to support startups in realizing their innovative ideas. Similarly, businesses in the trade and service sectors need more support and in-depth training so that they can apply digital technology in accessing markets, reaching customers, and improving service quality in a systematic and professional manner.

Employees of VN168 Technology Joint Stock Company instruct officials and residents of Cu Bao ward on how to use AI tools.

For businesses themselves, in order to apply digital technology and start up in digital technology fields, the first thing is to dare to venture into the "big ocean" and to change their mindset and upgrade themselves. Many businesses in the province also hope that the province will pay more attention to innovation and technology, especially financial investment programs for technology transfer and transformation...
