The garden is managed by Mr. Nguyen Trong Sach, residing in Nghe An province. Mr. Sach is the person who implemented the agro -tourism model, allowing visitors to directly experience the area. “The rose garden is like my spiritual child; I don't want to leave it even for a day. This year, the landscape has been significantly improved and is more beautiful, and some flower species are blooming profusely this time,” Mr. Sach said, adding that this year's storms caused considerable damage to the area.
