Conference for interaction and dialogue with administrators, teachers, and employees.

On the morning of December 14th, in Gia Rai ward, the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province organized a meeting and dialogue with the management staff, teachers, and employees of the following schools: Nguyen Trung Truc High School, Gia Rai High School, Tan Phong High School, and Gia Rai Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center.

At the conference, the Department of Education and Training provided information on the implementation of Resolution No. 71 -NQ/TW dated August 22, 2025, of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development, as well as major policies of the Party, State, Ministry of Education and Training , Provincial Party Committee, and Provincial People's Committee related to education development. The conference also outlined professional work directions for high schools, linked to the requirements and tasks of the Ca Mau provincial education sector in the new period.

The discussions focused on the implementation of teacher ethics, the responsibility of administrators and teachers to set a good example, the implementation of codes of conduct in educational institutions, the role of the leader, as well as the implementation of policies and regulations to ensure the legitimate rights of teachers and employees.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nguyen, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province, delivered a speech at the conference.

During the dialogue, administrators, teachers, and employees frankly shared their thoughts, aspirations, difficulties, and obstacles, while also proposing solutions to improve the quality of education, focusing on nurturing gifted students, organizing two-session-per-day teaching, implementing STEM education, and improving the quality of the teaching staff.

Delegates attending the conference presented their opinions and suggestions directly to the leaders of the Ca Mau education sector.

In his concluding remarks, Mr. Nguyen Van Nguyen, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau province, requested that educational institutions continue to innovate management, improve teaching quality, and strictly adhere to teacher ethics and codes of conduct. He also emphasized the need to address difficulties and ensure the rights and policies for teachers and employees, and affirmed that the Department will consider all opinions and suggestions, and research appropriate solutions to improve the quality of education in the future.
