Providing support to poor and near-poor households affected by tidal surges.

On the afternoon of December 12th, the Fatherland Front Committee of Tan An commune organized the distribution of financial assistance to poor and near-poor households whose incomes were reduced due to the impact of high tides, with an assistance amount of 1 million VND per household.

• Medical examinations and social welfare support for disadvantaged people in Hiep Thanh ward.
• Ninh Binh province is providing 20 billion VND to support school construction in Ca Mau.
• Support provided to 43 poor and near-poor households in Khanh Lam to overcome difficulties after natural disasters.

This round of assistance provided 1 million VND each to 45 households, drawn from the Ca Mau Provincial Relief Fund . This is a practical form of encouragement, demonstrating the concern of the local authorities and the community for people affected by the recent tidal surges.

Mr. Doan Truong Giang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Tan An commune, presents financial assistance to the local people.

At the handover ceremony, the leaders of Tan An commune deeply sympathized with the difficulties faced by the people, as tidal surges damaged property, affected production, and disrupted their lives. Although the support was not substantial, it represented timely care and sharing, contributing to helping households overcome immediate difficulties and stabilize their lives.

In Tan An commune, 45 poor and near-poor households received support, with each household receiving 1 million VND.

This activity, imbued with the spirit of "mutual support and compassion," serves as a driving force for the people of Tan An commune to quickly overcome the impact of natural disasters, restore their livelihoods, and move towards a better life.
