• Continuing the spirit of youth - Part 1: The silent "Pink Swallow" in a remote area

Lesson 2: Giving wings to children's talents

From the very beginning of her involvement in children's work, Ms. Hien has always believed: "Working with children requires not only skills but also understanding and love." With her enthusiastic spirit and willingness to overcome difficulties, she always successfully completes every task assigned to her.

Spread love through dedication and creativity.

From regular activities like the Folk Games Festival, "Ringing the Golden Bell," "Weekend Experiences,"... to large-scale provincial programs such as the "Modern Dance and Amateur Singing Contest for Children," "Singing Contest for Children with Special Circumstances," "I Sing with the Full Moon," "Beautiful Lantern Making Contest,"... she coordinated and organized them all in a systematic and lively manner, attracting thousands of children each year.

" Children need a healthy environment to learn, play, and develop life skills. I always try to make each program a beautiful memory for them," Ms. Dieu Hien shared .

Ms. Le Thi Dieu Hien has always shown love and dedication to the work of developing young talents.

Besides developing the program, Ms. Hien also directly manages the Pink Lotus Bud Art Team, the core force of the Children's House in performance activities. Closely involved in each rehearsal, monitoring every movement and lyric, she acts as both a teacher and a manager, helping the children train and shine. Thanks to her dedication, the Art Team maintains stable activities and continuously improves its quality.

Ms. Le Thi Dieu Hien (right in the photo), a staff member of the Operations Department in charge of talent clubs, is one of the people who have contributed to "breathing life" into the talent activities of young children.

Over the years, the team she led has participated in and successfully served at major programs such as the Summer Opening Ceremony, the Vu A Dinh Scholarship Award Ceremony, the City and Provincial-level Congress of Good Children of Uncle Ho ... She also organized training and led the team to participate in the "Pink Lotus Bud" Festival, the "Our Team's Trumpet" Festival, and the Southern Region Folk Games Festival... With her contributions, the Ca Mau team has achieved outstanding results every year, bringing home many certificates of merit and medals, contributing to affirming the quality of activities of the Provincial Children's House.

The national "Talent Manager"

Besides her strong professional skills, Ms. Hien is loved by her colleagues and parents for her simple, sincere lifestyle, her dedication to supporting the community, and her willingness to share her experience with colleagues. These quiet efforts have earned her much affection: the trust of her colleagues, the respect of parents, and the affectionate calls of "Ms. Hien!" from the children.

Having dedicated nearly 15 years to children's work, Ms. Hien considers it her "destiny" and a source of motivation to continue striving. "I came to this work by chance. The more I do it, the more I love and am attached to it. Every time I see the eager eyes and joyful laughter of the children in each program, I gain more motivation to try harder. Children are the future generation of the country, and I feel very honored, proud, and happy to contribute a small part to the journey of nurturing and caring for them," Ms. Hien shared.

Ms. Le Thi Dieu Hien has become a dedicated mentor and companion to the "little ones" at the Ca Mau Provincial Children's House.

In 2025, Ms. Le Thi Dieu Hien was honored with the "Talented Leader" award nationwide and received the " For the Young Generation " commemorative medal from the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, recognizing her sustained contributions to the education and nurturing of young people.

What I hope for most is that the Youth Union and Youth Association movements become increasingly creative, creating an environment that helps children cultivate harmony, solidarity, and sharing. I always want to be close to and support them; sometimes I myself have changed for the better thanks to them. This mutual support helps those of us working in the Youth Union and Youth Association to develop further,” Ms. Hien confided.

With perseverance and dedication, Ms. Hien quietly "ignites the flame" in every activity, contributing to creating an inspiring space for children to develop their talents, cultivate their character, and fully experience their beautiful childhood years.
