The 10th session entered its final day of work, with the 15th National Assembly voting to approve a series of draft laws and resolutions before proceeding to the closing session.
Specifically, in the morning, the National Assembly heard reports explaining, receiving feedback, and revising the draft laws, then voted to approve 20 items, including the drafts of: the Bankruptcy Law (amended); the Investment Law (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Urban and Rural Planning; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Value Added Tax; the Law on Specialized Courts in the International Financial Center; the Digital Transformation Law; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 15 laws in the fields of agriculture and environment; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Geology and Minerals; and the National Reserve Law (amended).

In addition, there are more than 10 draft resolutions, such as: the National Assembly Resolution on piloting some specific mechanisms and policies to implement large and important projects in the Capital; the National Assembly Resolution amending and supplementing some articles of Resolution No. 98/2023/QH15 on piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Ho Chi Minh City; and the National Assembly Resolution amending and supplementing some articles of Resolution No. 136/2024/QH15 on the organization of urban government and piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Da Nang City.
National Assembly Resolutions on investment policies for the Gia Binh International Airport construction project; the Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway; the Vinh - Thanh Thuy expressway; investment in the National Target Program on healthcare, population and development for the period 2026 - 2035; and the National Target Program on new rural development, sustainable poverty reduction and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas for the period 2026 - 2035.
Also noteworthy is the National Assembly Resolution stipulating a number of mechanisms and policies to remove difficulties and obstacles in the implementation of the Land Law.
Along with that are the National Assembly's resolutions on mechanisms and policies for national energy development in the period 2026-2030; some breakthrough mechanisms and policies for protecting, caring for, and improving the health of the people; and the implementation of some resolutions of the 14th and 15th National Assembly terms on specialized supervision and questioning.
In the early afternoon, the National Assembly held its closing session of the 10th Session, voting to approve the Resolution on summarizing the work of the 2021-2026 term of the National Assembly, the President, the Government, the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuracy, and the State Audit Office; and the Resolution of the 10th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
