Attending the ceremony were: Ms. Tran Bich Hue, Head of the Accreditation Department, Quality Management Bureau (Ministry of Education and Training); Ms. Le Thi Kim Oanh, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, along with representatives from various departments and agencies in the province.
Speaking at the certification ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Deputy Director of Vietnam Education Accreditation and Consulting Joint Stock Company, said that in nearly 20 years of formation and development, Buon Ma Thuot Vocational College has persistently built and maintained a "quality culture" in a substantive and sustainable way. The school proactively participates in vocational education quality accreditation according to the new criteria and standards issued in Circular No. 14/2024 of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs .

The accreditation process was conducted rigorously and in accordance with the regulations stipulated in Circular No. 27 dated December 25, 2018, and Circular No. 34 dated December 30, 2021, of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs on the process and cycle of vocational education quality accreditation. As a result, Buon Ma Thuot Vocational College fully met the conditions and was granted a Certificate of Accreditation for Vocational Education Institutions with a score of 92/100.
On the same day, Buon Ma Thuot Vocational College organized a workshop titled "Improving the Quality of Vocational Education and Training by 2025".
In her opening remarks at the workshop, Ms. Tran Thi Thiet, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors and Principal of Buon Ma Thuot Vocational College, emphasized that vocational education is currently facing rapid changes in the labor market, science and technology, and increasingly high demands from businesses. Given the unique nature of training students after lower secondary school, who simultaneously study general education and vocational skills, ensuring the quality of training requires the school to continuously innovate its curriculum, teaching methods, organize practical training and internships, and strengthen connections with businesses.

The workshop is not only an annual professional event but also a forum for managers, experts, businesses, and vocational education institutions to exchange experiences, share knowledge, and propose solutions to link vocational training with the practical needs of production and the local labor market.

At the workshop, delegates focused on discussing several key issues such as: improving the quality of vocational training for students after lower secondary school; developing the teaching staff; strengthening connections with businesses in practical training, internships, and job placement; designing and updating training programs to meet social needs and reach the target learners.
The workshop serves as an important foundation for Buon Ma Thuot Vocational College to continue improving the quality of training, fostering a closer connection between vocational training and practical requirements, and aligning with the socio-economic development conditions of the province and the Central Highlands region.
On this occasion, the school awarded prizes to 18 teachers who won awards in the "Excellent, Dynamic, and Creative Teacher" competition for the 2025-2026 school year.
