Over the years, to help the people develop their economy and improve their material and spiritual lives, village elders, hamlet leaders, and influential individuals have made significant contributions. They are always exemplary leaders in labor and production, and they encourage their fellow villagers to follow suit.

Trusted by the villagers for many years, he is always conscious of his responsibility in uniting the community and building a united and prosperous village. Not only focusing on developing his family's economy, Mr. Y Linh Bdap also actively promotes and encourages villagers to implement the policies and guidelines of the Party and State, abide by the law, maintain security and order, and preserve traditional cultural values. In particular, he is always a pioneer in rural infrastructure development movements. He persistently persuades villagers to donate land for road construction and to contribute to community projects, using his own prestige and influence to gain strong support from the people.

In response, Mr. Y Ngôn Knul voluntarily donated 450 square meters of his family's garden land to the government for the construction of a community center. For him, this act stemmed from a simple yet responsible thought. He said: “As a respected person, I must be a pioneer and set an example so that the people trust and follow. The completed project will not only create a common space for the people but also spread the spirit of community service throughout the hamlet.”

Not only the village elders, but many young village leaders are also asserting their role and prestige in the community. Ms. H'Uôk Niê, the village leader of Saha village, is a prime example.

Using their prestige and understanding of customs and traditions, they actively encourage their descendants and the community to abide by the law, build a new way of life, preserve and promote ethnic cultural identity, and gradually eliminate outdated customs.

In daily life, minor conflicts such as land disputes and family disagreements, if not resolved promptly, can escalate into complex issues. It is in these situations that the role of village elders and respected individuals becomes evident. With their understanding and influential voices, they skillfully mediate, helping parties find common ground, preventing appeals to higher levels, and contributing to maintaining stability at the grassroots level.
