As reported by SGGP Newspaper, on the morning of November 3, at Km1421 on Lo Xo Pass ( Ho Chi Minh Road, section passing through Dak Plo Commune), a large landslide occurred, with rocks and soil from the slope flowing down, covering the road surface, causing traffic disruption.
Immediately after receiving the news, the road management unit mobilized 2 vehicles to the scene to clear and level the soil and rocks. After about 5 hours of participating in the repair, the landslide that caused traffic disruption was cleared, allowing traffic to return to normal.
Mr. A So Lai, Secretary of the Party Committee of Dak Plo commune, said that Lo Xo pass section through the commune is now open, but there is still a risk of landslides during heavy rains, so people should limit travel during bad weather.
Earlier, in the early morning of the same day, at Km1421 Lo Xo Pass, a landslide occurred, burying rocks and soil for about 12 meters, temporarily cutting off traffic.
