Dak Lak tourism grows strongly in the first 10 months of the year

On the morning of November 4, the Provincial Tourism Development Steering Committee held a meeting to evaluate the results of tourism activities in the province in recent times and deploy tasks for the last months of the year.

Comrade Dao My, Provincial Party Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Steering Committee chaired the meeting.

Since the beginning of the year, the Provincial Tourism Development Steering Committee has proactively and synchronously deployed tasks and solutions, fully exploited potentials and advantages, and gradually turned tourism into a spearhead economic sector. Thanks to that, tourism activities have achieved many positive results, contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.

According to the report, the total revenue from tourism in the province in the first 10 months of 2025 reached 12,455 billion VND, an increase of 59.97% over the same period. The total number of visitors reached 6,685,000, an increase of 51.86% over the same period. Of which, domestic visitors reached 6,594,206, an increase of 41.15% over the same period; international visitors reached 90,794, an increase of 87.67% over the same period.

The above results show the efforts of all levels, sectors and businesses in restoring and developing tourism after a difficult period, and at the same time affirm the increasingly attractiveness of Dak Lak to domestic and international tourists.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Dao My acknowledged and praised the results that the tourism industry has achieved in the past time, and emphasized: in the remaining 2 months, members of the Steering Committee, departments, branches and localities need to enhance their sense of responsibility, continue to coordinate closely, comprehensively and effectively implement key tasks, especially focusing on tourism promotion and advertising, improving service quality and tourism environment, creating a friendly and hospitable image of Dak Lak, striving for the tourism industry to welcome about 950,000 visitors, with total revenue reaching 1,710 billion VND.
