Ensuring the safety of people is the top priority at this time, so all officers and soldiers are thoroughly imbued with the motto of 3 "readiness" (ready forces - ready means - ready rescue) as soon as receiving orders.

In addition to the task of storm prevention and control, border guards also assigned officers to stay close to the area, support people in vulnerable areas to reinforce their houses, move their assets to safe places; and prepare rescue plans when situations arise. Border guards, stations and fleets maintain 24/7 communication, regularly update weather conditions, storm movement directions, and promptly warn ships and boats operating at sea.
