Launching emulation campaign to welcome the 14th National Party Congress

The emulation campaign was launched from October 2025 until the successful organization of the 14th Congress, aiming to promptly commend, reward, and replicate advanced models, collectives, and individuals with outstanding achievements in performing socio -economic development tasks.

The competition content focuses on the following main groups of tasks:

1. Compete to successfully carry out the socio-economic development tasks in 2025 and the 5-year Plan (2021 - 2025) according to the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, the projects and programs assigned by the Government according to the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party and the Resolutions of the National Assembly .

2. Compete to do well in preparing and successfully organizing the 14th National Congress of the Party in accordance with regulations.

3. Compete to build a clean and strong Party and government, promote the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, carry out cadre work well, fight against individualism and negativity, strengthen coordination between government levels with the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

4. Compete to promote the construction and synchronous improvement of institutions for rapid and sustainable national development, promote all driving forces, make strong breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, attract and utilize talents, and promote the development of new productive forces.

5. Compete to complete or over-complete infrastructure development projects, regional economy, marine economy, using urban areas as the driving force for regional development and promoting new rural construction.
