Launching the emulation campaign to celebrate the 14th National Congress of the Party.

On November 4th, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Thi Thanh Tra signed Decision No. 2437/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister on the Plan for implementing the emulation campaign to achieve outstanding results in chào mừng the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The emulation campaign, launched from October 2025 until the successful organization of the 14th National Congress, aims to promptly commend, reward, and replicate advanced models, collectives, and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing socio -economic development tasks.

The competition focuses on the following main task groups:

1. To strive for the successful implementation of the socio-economic development tasks for 2025 and the 5-year plan (2021-2025) in accordance with the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, the projects and programs assigned by the Government in accordance with the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party and the Resolutions of the National Assembly .

2. Strive to do a good job in preparing and successfully organizing the 14th National Congress of the Party, ensuring compliance with regulations.

3. Emulate efforts to build a clean and strong Party and government, promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, effectively carry out personnel work, combat individualism and corruption, and strengthen coordination between all levels of government and the Vietnam Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations.

4. Strive to accelerate the comprehensive development and improvement of the institutional framework for rapid and sustainable national development, unleash all driving forces, make strong breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, attract and utilize talent, and promote the development of new productive forces.

5. Strive to complete and exceed the targets for infrastructure development projects, regional economic development, and marine economic development, using urban areas as the driving force for regional development and accelerating the construction of new rural areas.
