On October 31st, the National Assembly discussed several draft laws submitted by the Ministry of Public Security.

According to the agenda of the 10th Session, on October 31, the National Assembly will discuss several draft laws in the plenary session and in committees, including four draft laws submitted by the Ministry of Public Security.

During the morning session, the National Assembly heard presentations from the Minister of Public Security , acting on behalf of the Prime Minister, on four draft laws, including: the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization; the Law on Cybersecurity; the Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order.

Next, the Minister of Foreign Affairs , acting on behalf of the Prime Minister, presented the Proposal on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs presented the verification report on 5 draft laws: the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization; the Law on Cybersecurity; the Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.

Next, the Minister of Science and Technology, acting on behalf of the Prime Minister, presented the Proposal on three draft laws: the Law on Digital Transformation; the Law on High Technology (amended); and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented the verification report on three draft laws: the Law on Digital Transformation; the Law on High Technology (amended); and the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.

Subsequently, the National Assembly held group discussions on: the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties; and the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense, Security and Industrial Mobilization.

In the afternoon session, the National Assembly discussed in groups: the draft Law on Cybersecurity; the draft Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); and the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order.
