During the morning session, the National Assembly listened to reports presented by the Minister of Public Security , authorized by the Prime Minister, on four draft laws, including: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Cyber ​​Security; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order.

Next, the Minister of Foreign Affairs , authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense, Security and Foreign Affairs presented the Verification Report on 5 projects: Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization; Law on Cyber ​​Security; Law on Protection of State Secrets (amended); Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 10 laws related to security and order; Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties.

Next, the Minister of Science and Technology, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on 3 projects: Law on Digital Transformation; Law on High Technology (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.

The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented the Verification Report on three projects: Law on Digital Transformation; Law on High Technology (amended); Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.

Then, the National Assembly discussed in groups: Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on International Treaties; Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense Industry, Security and Industrial Mobilization.
