Diversify forms of propaganda and mobilization
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan - Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Xuyen Ward said: "In the context of strong digital transformation and the increasing demand for maintaining local security and order, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Long Xuyen Ward determined that the coordination of propaganda with the government, the police and organizations in the ward is of great importance. This is not only a regular task but also a political responsibility, a measure of the solidarity and trust of the people in the Party and the State".
In recent times, the coordination and propaganda work to implement the Government's Project 06 on developing the application of population data, electronic identification and authentication, along with activities to mobilize the surrender of weapons, explosives, support tools and propaganda on crime prevention and control in the area has been widely and effectively deployed by Long Xuyen ward, contributing to maintaining security and order, serving the local socio -economic development. According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan, through propaganda and mobilization, people clearly understand the meaning and benefits of Project 06, actively participate and proactively apply technology in daily life.
Propaganda work is diversified in form, combining tradition and modernity. In addition to public meetings, Front officials also use social networks, leaflets, billboards, and posters to convey information. The ward promotes the role of prestigious people, union members, and association members to guide people to install and use the electronic identification application (VNeID), perform online public services and access the utilities of Project 06.
The propaganda content is compiled concisely, easy to understand, easy to remember, suitable for each target group. Information on the implementation of Project 06 is regularly posted on the social networking sites of the Front and organizations, attracting many shares and comments, creating a positive ripple effect in the community.
Synchronized coordination
Recently, Long Xuyen Ward Youth Union coordinated with the Women's Union and the Ward Police to organize 52 propaganda sessions, mobilizing people to implement Project 06, with 208 union members participating. At the same time, mobilized 80 union members and youths to support people in carrying out administrative procedures at the one-stop department.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front of the ward closely coordinates with the police force and departments and branches to answer questions, resolve difficulties for people, promptly grasp their thoughts and aspirations and reflect on problems in the implementation process. The Front also focuses on supervision and social criticism, contributing to improving the effectiveness of state management and people's trust in the government.
Not only promoting digital transformation, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Xuyen Ward also coordinated the implementation of mass movements to protect national security, prevent and combat crimes and social evils such as drugs, gambling, theft, and online fraud. Many good models and effective methods have been replicated, helping people to raise their vigilance, proactively prevent and actively denounce crimes. "During the implementation process, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the Ward always listens to people's opinions, promptly reflects and proposes to the government to support in solving difficulties, especially in accessing technology and registering electronic identification accounts," said Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan.
In the coming time, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Long Xuyen Ward will continue to promote propaganda and education work, innovate content and methods suitable for each locality and each population group. The Ward focuses on applying information technology and social networks in propaganda, spreading positive messages; raising awareness, sense of law compliance and citizen responsibility in protecting security, order, preventing and fighting crimes.
"We continue to accompany the government and organizations in propaganda and mobilization work for the people, contributing to building a civilized, safe and sustainably developed Long Xuyen ward," affirmed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuan.
