Having dedicated nearly 25 years to propaganda work, Ms. Huynh Thi My Phuong, Deputy Head of the Department of Political Theory and Party History, Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, still maintains her working style of "early, sharp, thorough, and in-depth." Her dedication and spirit of learning from President Ho Chi Minh are evident in her persistent and sincere efforts, even in small matters.

For nearly 25 years of service, over 13 years Ms. Phuong was directly assigned the task of advising on the organization, implementation, study, dissemination, and implementation of the Party's resolutions and directives, especially those concerning the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style. She affirmed that advisory staff must help leaders understand the situation in order to make sound decisions in leadership and management; and to promote the advisory role in the implementation of the study and emulation of President Ho Chi Minh.

From 2021 to the present, Ms. Phuong has advised on over 90 documents specifying the implementation of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings, such as: annual plans to identify thematic study topics; participation in editing the thematic study for the entire course on "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's thoughts, ethics, and style on self-reliance, self-strength, and the aspiration for a prosperous and happy country"; compiling thematic studies on economic development, ensuring social security, and improving people's lives; cadres and Party members fulfilling their responsibilities to set a good example, overcoming the fear of responsibility and reluctance to act; plans and guidelines for Party committees and authorities at all levels to link the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW…

Not stopping there, to make learning from and following President Ho Chi Minh's example a regular and widespread practice in society, Ms. Phuong actively advised leaders on innovating the work of commending, rewarding, and replicating exemplary models. Specifically, she advised on the content of "timely identifying, commending, rewarding, and replicating exemplary models in learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style"; strengthening the identification, commendation, rewarding, and replication of exemplary models in learning and following President Ho Chi Minh's example; continuing to effectively promote the learning and following of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style; promptly identifying, building, commending, and replicating exemplary models in learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style... Through this, she advised on organizing conferences, seminars, commendations, and awards for over 500 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements quarterly and annually; including 8 collectives and individuals who received commendations from the Prime Minister . Three collectives and seven individuals were awarded commendations by the Central Propaganda Department (now the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department).

Through her professional work, Ms. Phuong has had the opportunity to propagate and spread the noble values ​​of President Ho Chi Minh, from exemplary models and good deeds to cadres, Party members, and the people. Notably, she advised on the editing and publication of 1,800 copies of the book "Good People, Good Deeds - Beauty from Simple Things." "To make the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style increasingly effective and practical, in addition to actively studying and improving knowledge, advisory staff need to be proactive, creative, dare to think, dare to act, and dare to take responsibility for their work; be closely involved with the grassroots, and propose appropriate ideas that are relevant to the local reality, agency, and unit," Ms. Phuong believes.

With her love for her profession and sharp professional thinking, she contributed to spreading exemplary models and role models, actively advising and introducing 30 exemplary individuals for exhibition at the Ho Chi Minh Museum; 3 exemplary individuals participating in the Southern region exchange program and the "Ho Chi Minh - Journey of Aspiration" program; and 4 models and exemplary individuals for short films and documentaries. In addition, she coordinated the creation of exhibition materials for "Ordinary but Noble Role Models" and the documentary "The Exemplary Party Branch Secretary for Mass Mobilization," contributing to motivating and encouraging collectives and individuals to enthusiastically compete in performing their duties well, and spreading the learning and following of President Ho Chi Minh's teachings.
