- Kindness for the community from young people
- Fragrant hearts of kindness
On October 15, 2013, the club was established with only 9 members, women who were both busy in the business world and also deeply concerned about sharing their feelings with the community. “At that time, we just wanted to do something to help the disadvantaged have more faith in life,” Ms. Nguyen Thi My Diep, Club President, recalled with many emotions.

Starting out simply with gifts worth 5-10 million VND for each situation, the program “Living with Love” - the brainchild of the sisters has become a lasting bridge of love for more than a decade. Now, that number has increased 20 times, what is more precious is that the sisters’ loving arms have not only spread in the province but also to overseas Vietnamese far away.
Every year, an average of more than 1 billion VND is mobilized for social security programs. Up to now, a total of more than 12 billion VND has been donated by Ca Mau businesswomen - a round and meaningful number. Behind those numbers are many bright smiles, many happy tears of families who have been revived from hardship.
In 60 “Living with Love” programs, the sisters’ footsteps have left their mark on all the roads of Ca Mau. Wherever there is a life of deprivation, there are their sympathetic eyes and warm hands. In the first months of 2025, the Club mobilized the construction of 5 charity houses for poor households in the communes, actively contributing to the movement “Eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses”, a movement in which Ca Mau is a bright spot in the whole country.
The Women Entrepreneurs Club has supported people with money to build houses, operating regularly and meaningfully for the past 12 years.

Not only stopping at the roof, the women also think of bridges and roads - places that connect life rhythms and hearts. A rural bridge in Khanh Thuan commune worth 110 million VND has just been inaugurated; in October 2025, another bridge in Do Thoi hamlet, Hoa Binh commune, will also be started with a budget of 130 million VND. Those bridges not only have material value but are also symbols of faith, consensus, and love for the homeland deep in the hearts of female entrepreneurs.
“In the business world, we demonstrate the mettle of female entrepreneurs; in life, we choose love as our mission. Although the path to success is not easy, compared to the circumstances of disadvantaged women, we are luckier. Each member of the Club is always aware of their role and responsibility for the socio -economic development of the locality, especially social security work,” Ms. Nguyen Thi My Diep shared.

It is this love that has created the identity of Ca Mau women in the integration period: dynamic but gentle, brave but full of humanity. They not only build businesses, create jobs for local workers but also contribute to sowing hope for those with many difficult lives, especially supporting women to start successful businesses.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thuy, Vice President of the Women's Union of Ca Mau Province, was moved when talking about the Club with appreciation: "The Women's Union of the province has many affiliated organizations, the Women Entrepreneurs Club is one of the dynamic and typical member organizations of the Union. Ca Mau businesswomen are not only successful in production and business but also pioneers in volunteer work, demonstrating the bravery, intelligence and kindness of Ca Mau women in the integration period".
For 12 years, the charity programs have continued, the spacious houses have been built, the bridges named “love” spanned over small rivers… all of them are like gentle touches on the humanitarian picture of the land at the beginning. It is from that persistence, simplicity and depth that the Club has become a beautiful symbol of kindness, where “kindness” is not a slogan, but a daily action.
Not stopping at the present, the Provincial Women's Union is accompanying and supporting the Club in connecting, promoting investment, improving management capacity, aiming to establish the Ca Mau Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association in the near future - a new step for the women's business movement to spread more strongly. Looking back at 12 years, the members of the Ca Mau Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Club have the right to be proud but also always remind each other to keep that fire - the fire of compassion, of the spirit of dedication. "We will continue to foster that fire of enthusiasm so that love does not stop, so that every step carries the warmth of human affection", Ms. My Diep determined.
