He suggested that the Commune Farmers' Association focus on promoting the movement of good production and business, solidarity to help each other get rich, reduce poverty sustainably; maintain and improve the new rural criteria, and build increasingly prosperous and happy farmers.

Currently, the commune has 1,738 members, accounting for 7.3% of the population. During the past term, the farmers' movement has developed strongly, the rural appearance has improved, and security and order have been stable. The Association has implemented 11 production projects with a total capital of more than 1.4 billion VND, supporting 99 member households to borrow capital for economic development; coordinated the disbursement of more than 34.6 billion VND for 766 households to borrow from the Social Policy Bank; opened 16 vocational training classes for more than 500 people, helping more than 1,200 workers to have jobs, achieving over 80% of the resolution target.

Static water crab farming model is highly effective.

Many effective models bring in an income of 150-200 million VND/year, such as two-phase shrimp farming, still water shrimp, blood cockles, civets, etc. Mr. Pham Trung Tan, Hoc Nang hamlet, shared: "Thanks to applying the technique of raising shrimp and crabs in still water, I keep the water stable throughout the season, helping the farming environment to be sustainable, with high productivity, earning more than 200 million VND per year."

Comrade Do Hoang Tuan presented the Farmers Support Fund symbol board to the Farmers' Association of Tan An commune with the amount of 2 billion VND.

In the 2025-2030 term, the Association aims to develop 1,500 members, establish 05 new cooperatives, 01 cooperative, 20 professional associations and 05 professional associations, and organize 1-2 vocational training classes for farmers each year. The Association continues to implement the Central resolutions and projects on innovation, improving the quality of Association activities and training cadres and members.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Duc, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Tan An Commune Party Committee, spoke, calling on all levels of Farmers' Associations in the commune to unite in patriotism and compete in labor and production.

Comrade Nguyen Minh Duc, Deputy Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, emphasized: "Farmers are the mainstay of the local economy. It is necessary to promote intelligence, apply science and technology , link production, create high-value products, contribute to increasing income and sustainably reducing poverty."

The Congress announced the Decision to appoint 27 comrades to participate in the Executive Committee of the Farmers' Association of Tan An commune, 7 comrades to the Standing Committee; Comrade Nguyen Hoang Khuong was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Farmers' Association of Tan An commune, term 2025-2030.
