Ca Mau recruits nearly 1,400 education career officials

In 2025, the education sector of Ca Mau province will recruit 1,377 civil servants to supplement human resources for schools under the People's Committees of communes and wards.

On October 31st, the Ca Mau Department of Education and Training announced that it had issued a plan for recruiting education staff in 2025, aiming not only to fill the staffing shortage but also to improve the quality of the workforce at each educational level.

According to statistics, the total number of assigned personnel for the entire sector is 21,423, while there are currently 19,808. This year's recruitment needs amount to 1,377 civil servants, including 916 teachers and 461 staff members. This is considered the largest recruitment drive in many years for the education sector in Ca Mau province.

Specifically, the preschool sector needs an additional 349 people (246 teachers, 103 staff), the primary school sector needs 619 people (404 teachers, 215 staff), and the lower secondary school sector needs 409 people (266 teachers, 143 staff). The allocation of quotas is determined based on the teacher shortage situation in each locality and the requirements for expanding school facilities in the new school year.

Recruitment standards are strictly applied according to regulations on professional qualifications, job titles, and eligibility requirements. Candidates may only register for one nguyện vọng (preference) and submit their applications directly to the People's Committee of the commune or ward where the recruiting unit is located. The registration period is 30 days, starting from October 30, 2025, and the selection process is expected to be held in December at the Ca Mau Provincial Center for Continuing Education (No. 4, Le Thi Rieng Street, Tan Thanh Ward).

Representatives from the Ca Mau Department of Education and Training emphasized that this recruitment drive aims to ensure sufficient human resources for educational institutions, meeting teaching and management requirements, while also building a team with the necessary competence, qualities, and professional standards. All eligible citizens have the right to participate. The recruitment process must be open, fair, transparent, and in accordance with the law. Successful candidates must be assigned to the correct job positions and professional titles.
