On October 31, news from the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau said that the department has just issued a plan to recruit education career civil servants in 2025, with the goal of not only filling the shortage of staff but also improving the quality of staff at each level of education.
According to statistics, the total number of employees assigned to the whole industry is 21,423, while there are currently 19,808 people. This year's recruitment demand is up to 1,377 civil servants, including 916 teachers and 461 staff. This is considered the largest recruitment in recent years of the education sector of Ca Mau province.

Of which, the preschool sector needs to add 349 people (246 teachers, 103 staff), primary school recruits 619 people (404 teachers, 215 staff) and secondary school needs 409 people (266 teachers, 143 staff). The allocation of quotas is determined based on the teacher shortage situation in each locality and the need to expand the scale of schools in the new school year.
Recruitment standards are strictly applied according to regulations on professional qualifications, job titles and recruitment conditions. Candidates can only register one wish, submit their application directly to the People's Committee of the commune or ward where the recruiting unit is located. The registration form will be received within 30 days, starting from October 30, 2025 and the recruitment exam is expected to be held in December at the Ca Mau Province Continuing Education Center (No. 4, Le Thi Rieng, Tan Thanh Ward).
The representative of the Department of Education and Training of Ca Mau emphasized that this recruitment of civil servants aims to ensure sufficient human resources for educational institutions, meet teaching and management requirements, and at the same time aim to build a team with capacity, qualities, and qualified expertise. All eligible citizens have the right to participate. The recruitment must be public, fair, transparent and in accordance with the law.
