Nearly 20 years ago, the first Party cell in Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park, Hai Phong City was established, starting a new journey: Building and nurturing a team of "red workers", "both red and professional".

Over the past time, the Party members of Shinec Joint Stock Company have constantly innovated and created, steadfastly followed the development path, linking growth with environmental protection, realizing the Party's policy on green and sustainable development, creating an ecological industrial model, a circular economy in the heart of the Port.

The model of the Party Cell in Shinec's "Green Industrial Park" has spread as a vivid demonstration of the core role of the Party organization in private economic enterprises. This affirms the viewpoint of strengthening the leadership role of the Party, the creation of the State, taking enterprises as the center and the subject.

Shinec Joint Stock Company Party Cell, under the Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park Party Committee, organized the admission of new Party member Do Anh Nguyen, born in 2001 - the youngest Party member of the Party Committee.

Dr. Pham Hong Diep, Party member, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shinec Joint Stock Company, has directly compiled and written many books, papers and articles on environmental protection.

Young Party member Vu Thi Lan Nhi of the Party Cell has many scientific and technical innovation topics, contributing to environmental protection and building a circular economic industrial park. Typical is the VIFOTECH Award in 2021.

Dr. Pham Hong Diep, Party member, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shinec Joint Stock Company, exchanged knowledge and experience in building a circular economic zone, associated with green growth with officials, party members in the company and owners of enterprises operating in the industrial park.

Every day, cadres and party members in the industrial park directly check environmental quality and handle waste. The modern wastewater treatment system of the industrial park can handle ^2,000m3 /day, along with a deodorizing system using modern technology.

A green, clean, beautiful and environmentally friendly working environment has helped many cadres and party members promote creativity and improve work efficiency.

The “green industry” model of Shinec Joint Stock Company is increasingly spreading as a vivid proof of the core role of the Party organization in private enterprises.

Up to now, 100% of factories and production facilities in the industrial park have signed a commitment to implementing environmental protection standards, creating an ecological industrial model and a circular economy in the heart of the Port.
