However, from October 31 to November 1, Hue will be affected by weakened cold air combined with disturbances in the upper easterly wind zone, so the sky will be cloudy with moderate rain, heavy rain, and very heavy rain in some places.

From November 2 to 8, Hue will be affected by the cold air strengthening again, with stable easterly winds above, so the sky will be cloudy with heavy rain, very heavy rain.
Total rainfall from October 31 to November 8 is commonly 600-900mm, in some places over 1,000mm.

Thus, the risk of flooding still exists. The People's Committee of Hue City recommends that people prepare food, supplies, and equipment to cope with unusual weather developments.
