The Women's Union of Dinh My commune strives to help 10 female member households escape poverty and near-poverty every year.

On October 30, the Women's Union of Dinh My commune (An Giang province) held its first Congress of delegates for the 2025-2030 term. Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Women's Union of An Giang province Truong Thanh Thuy attended the congress.

During the past term, the Women's Union of Dinh My commune effectively implemented the congress resolution, completed and exceeded 8/8 set targets; helped 102 poor and near-poor households rise up, reducing the poverty rate of the whole commune to 1.09%.

Charity movements such as: "Godmother", "Millions of gifts to share love" spread strongly. The Association has supported 23 orphans, given more than 5,000 gifts worth over 2 billion VND, built 17 "Love Homes" with a total cost of over 830 million VND.

The Congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Women's Union to appoint the Executive Committee of the Dinh My Commune Women's Union, term I, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 23 members, and the Standing Committee of 6 members. Comrade Tran Thi Man was appointed to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Commune Women's Union .

Donated money to support two children orphaned by the COVID-19 pandemic.

On this occasion, the People's Procuracy of Region 10 presented support money to two children who lost their mothers due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Each child will receive VND500,000/month until they turn 18 years old.
