It was noted that National Highway 20, a section passing through Dinh An village, Hiep Thanh commune, about 1km long, was flooded with water about 0.5m deep. To ensure the safety of people and vehicles, the authorities have regulated and temporarily closed the area to vehicles.

Previously, on the afternoon of November 1, the People's Committee of Hiep Thanh commune issued an urgent notice for people to proactively respond to the flood situation due to the impact of prolonged heavy rain, combined with floodwater from upstream Da Lat, the water level in the areas of K'Ren, K'Long, and Dinh An villages is continuing to rise rapidly, potentially causing deep flooding and landslides on slopes and passes.

The People's Committee of Hiep Thanh Commune also recommends that people proactively move the elderly, children, property and livestock to high, safe places. Limit travel through flooded areas, streams, overflow bridges, and steep slopes.
At the same time, heighten vigilance, especially in areas at risk of landslides and flash floods. Regularly monitor warning information from local authorities and functional forces.
