Ben Luc Planning: Route of 2 roads about to open in Binh Duc commune

According to the land use planning of Ben Luc district until 2030, Binh Duc commune will have two new arterial roads, including a 6km long route and MM05 road connecting Phu An Thanh Industrial Park.

According to the land use planning adjustment map for the period 2021 - 2030 of Ben Luc district, Long An province, Binh Duc commune is oriented to develop a number of important traffic routes to strengthen connectivity and promote socio-economic development. Binh Duc commune has a strategic location, bordering many other developed communes in the area, creating favorable conditions for the construction of synchronous infrastructure.

Binh Duc commune is one of 96 communes and wards of Tay Ninh province. In terms of geographical location, the north of Binh Duc commune borders Tan Long, Thanh Loi and Luong Hoa communes; the east borders Ben Luc commune; the south borders Long Cang and Nhut Tao communes; the west borders Thu Thua and My Thanh communes.

Details of key routes to be deployed

In the coming period, two prominent road projects in Binh Duc commune are identified on the planning map, promising to significantly change the local traffic landscape.

1. New 6km long route across the Dong Nai River

This route plays a role in connecting communes, with an estimated length of about 6km. The starting point of the route is near the Nam Bo Bridge relic site and crosses Provincial Road 816. The end point of the route will cross the Vam Co Dong River, connecting with neighboring areas. When completed, this project will shorten travel distances, create a new traffic axis and promote economic development along the river.

2. Route MM05 connects Phu An Thanh Industrial Park

This is a route with the code MM05, which has the function of directly connecting Phu An Thanh Industrial Park to Thu Thua district. The section passing through Binh Duc commune is about 3.5km long. The route starts from an intersection and goes straight to the west, crossing the Vam Co Dong River at Kenh Xang bridge area. The formation of the MM05 route is expected to solve the problem of transporting goods for the industrial park, reduce the load on existing routes and create a driving force to attract investment.
