Organizing the 13th Vietnam - Laos Border Trade Development Cooperation Conference

Implementing the Minister's direction on organizing the 13th Vietnam - Laos Border Trade Development Cooperation Conference (Conference) in Quang Ninh province. The Import-Export Department respectfully invites the Units to send their Leaders to attend the Conference as follows:

- Time: Official conference from 1:00 p.m. on November 7, 2025 to 5:50 p.m. on the same day.

- Location: Quang Ninh Provincial Conference Center.

- Contents to prepare:

Send unit leaders to attend the Conference and prepare papers related to the assigned field to present at the Conference.

In order to prepare the organization carefully, the Import-Export Department requests that units send information to the Import-Export Department to summarize and report to the Ministry's leaders as follows:

- Name, position, contact phone number of the Leader attending the Conference, name of the paper (latest by the morning of November 4, 2025).

- Content of the paper (latest by the morning of November 5, 2025).
