At the seminar "Building the digital future: Oracle Cloud, AI, GPU and Vietnam Journey", organized by International Cyber Security JSC (ICS), domestic and foreign experts analyzed the hot spots of the technology landscape, from the trend of AI generation, data security to building a secure digital platform.
Knowing how to use AI safely is vital
The panel discussion brought together leading experts to discuss the three pillars shaping the digital future, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI), and cybersecurity. The speakers delved into the challenges that Vietnamese businesses are facing, such as the lack of strong GPU infrastructure for AI training, security risks when migrating to the cloud, and the complex problem of managing multi-cloud environments.
Many "hot" questions are raised: AI applications based on location data for logistics, retail, tourism - infrastructure and data barriers? As AI and cloud develop, how to defend against sophisticated cyber attacks? What do Vietnamese businesses need to optimize operations and control costs on the new generation cloud platform? What solutions balance AI defense automation and the risk of being attacked by malicious AI?

The handshake of the technology giant.
The combination of cloud computing, artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity is ushering in a new era where businesses can innovate faster and smarter, but also face unprecedented risks.
Mr. Paul Ting - Chairman of the Board of Directors of HyperG Smart Security (Singapore) - commented: "In reality, when applying new technology, there are still many problems to solve, especially incomplete data. No matter how modern AI is, it is just a tool. The most important thing is that people use and operate it effectively."
Security is the hottest topic in AI applications, according to Ms. Vu Thi Vinh - Operations Director of AIUni Academy, the unit known as "national digital literacy". Therefore, training users to know how to use AI safely and understand the technology platform is a vital factor in the current context of strong digital transformation.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Trung - CEO of Cystack Cybersecurity - warned of a worrying fact that most chatbot and generative AI platforms are currently owned by foreign companies. "Every time a user in Vietnam enters information to ask ChatGPT or similar chatbots, it means sending data out of the country. We cannot be sure how these companies will use the information, even though they have committed to confidentiality. The risk is even greater when AI impersonates voices and images that can bypass biometric recognition systems," he said.
Building the digital future together
According to Mr. Vo Trung Au - General Director of ICS - in the context of digital transformation, AI, cloud computing and cyber security are what create the digital future and are reshaping every field, from business, education to healthcare and transportation. Vietnam is at an important crossroads: the opportunity to break through or the risk of falling behind. The digital future is not something we wait for, but something we build together.
ICS affirms its pioneering position in cyber security, not only providing technology, but also comprehensive strategic consulting from risk assessment, building monitoring systems to incident response.
On this occasion, the parties signed 6 strategic cooperation agreements between ICS with Oracle, HyperG, Cystack, LocaAI, AIUni and IRTECH. These agreements aim to build a safe and secure digital ecosystem, optimize operational performance and expand the application of AI and cloud computing into practice.
Mr. Vo Trung Au shared: "This is not just a signing event, but a vision statement. Vietnam's digital future will be created by an ecosystem, in which ICS plays a role in connecting the world's leading platforms with the practical needs of Vietnamese businesses, for fast, safe and sustainable digital transformation."
