Bac Ninh: Completing the grassroots women's congress for the 2025 - 2030 term

BAC NINH - Implementing the Plan to organize Women's Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030 issued by the Standing Committee of the Women's Union of Bac Ninh province, by October 31, 2025, the whole province had completed 100% of the Women's Congresses at the grassroots level, including 99/99 communes/wards, 2 units (Women's Union of the Provincial Police and Women's Union of the Provincial Military Command).

The Congresses were organized seriously, democratically, in accordance with the Association's Charter, promoting the intelligence and responsibility of female cadres and members, clearly demonstrating the spirit of innovation, solidarity and creativity. The content of the documents was carefully and fully prepared, comprehensively assessing the results of the women's movement and the Association's activities in the period of 2021-2025; clearly identifying the directions, goals, key tasks and solutions for implementation in the term of 2025-2030, in line with the socio -economic development orientation of the province in the new development period.

At the Congresses, there were 19,056 delegates attending, including 12,611 official delegates. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union issued a decision to appoint/recognize 2,858 Executive Committee members, 594 Standing Committee members, 101 Chairmen, 108 Vice Chairmen and 327 Inspection Committee members of the Women's Union of communes/wards and units, for the 2025-2030 term. Personnel work was carefully prepared, implemented in accordance with procedures, ensuring standards, structure, age and succession. The elected cadres have solid political qualities, good working capacity, and prestige in the community; in which the proportion of young cadres with university and postgraduate degrees increased significantly compared to the previous term, demonstrating the attention of the Union at all levels in the work of planning, training and fostering female successor cadres.

With the completion of 100% of the grassroots Women's Congresses, Bac Ninh has become one of the provinces that completed early and ensured the quality of the Congress work according to the direction of the Central Women's Union. This is an important premise for the Provincial Women's Union to continue to direct the organization of the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Women's Congress, term 2025 - 2030, scheduled to take place on November 24 - 25, 2025.
