Phu Giao Commune (HCMC) launched the model "Morning coffee with the people"

Mr. Vu Hai Ly, Chairman of Phu Giao Commune People's Committee, affirmed that the organization of the model aims to listen, exchange, and contribute to building a government close to the people, promptly solving people's problems.

On the morning of November 6, the People's Committee of Phu Giao Commune (HCMC) launched the model "Morning Coffee with the People". Attending the program were local leaders, representatives of specialized departments of the commune and many local people.

Chairman of Phu Giao Commune People's Committee Vu Hai Ly responded to some petitions of the people.

According to Chairman of Phu Giao Commune People's Committee Vu Hai Ly, the model was organized to create a friendly and open space, helping commune leaders have the opportunity to meet, exchange, listen to the thoughts and opinions of the people; strengthen the connection between the government and the people.

People's contributions will be a source of encouragement to help Phu Giao commune constantly innovate and improve service efficiency, aiming at the goal of "People know, people discuss, people do, people check and people benefit".

Overview of the Morning Coffee with the People Program

At the morning coffee session, many people's opinions were raised, focusing on issues such as: administrative reform, environmental sanitation, security and order, and improving the quality of public services.

Representatives of Phu Giao commune leaders and specialized departments and offices have responded, acknowledged and committed to promptly reviewing and handling issues within their authority; at the same time, synthesizing and recommending superiors to resolve issues beyond their authority.
