The program is an extremely meaningful event to promote cultural exchange and enhance understanding between Aichi province and Vietnam in general, and Ho Chi Minh City in particular.

The Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City Festival in Aichi Prefecture is organized by the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and Ms. Hirose Noriko, Ho Chi Minh City Tourism Ambassador in Aichi Prefecture.

According to the organizers, the festival is considered an effort by Ho Chi Minh City and Aichi province to carry out diverse activities to promote bilateral friendship and cooperation; and enhance Ho Chi Minh City's foreign relations with key localities of Japan.

The organizers hope that the unique cultural and artistic performances of the Vietnamese people at the event will contribute to connecting the people of the two countries.

The Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City Festival in Aichi Prefecture, Japan in 2025 creates an opportunity to introduce the image of the country, people, and culture of Vietnam in general and Ho Chi Minh City in particular.

The festival takes place from 4pm to 7pm on November 8 and 9, with the participation of many talented artists: Meritorious Artist Thu Thuy, singers Vo Ha Tram, Dong Hung, To My, music producer Khanh, violinist Mai Anh, flute artist Dinh Nhat Minh, zither artist - singer Doan Minh Tai, circus artist Le Hung, circus artist Nha Hieu, puppet artist Tran Duoc, puppet artist Diem Trang, puppet artist Tran Thuy, ABC dance group. The MCs for the festival are 2 MCs Toru and Giang Thai.

The artists will perform popular songs such as: Song of the Southern Land, Homeland of Three Regions, I Wish to Be a Vietnamese, Oh Vietnam, Back to My Hometown, Haru Haru, One Round of Vietnam, Vietnam in My Heart... Especially, there will be some instrumental performances combining vibrant musical styles such as Hello Vietnam, Rice Drum - Sukiyaki - Ly Keo Chai, City in the Heart...
