Meanwhile, investigation and tracing tools such as verifying money flow, IP, bank accounts, etc. require the coordination of provincial professional units and the professional department of the Ministry of Public Security . According to Mr. Trung, the psychological factor of the victim is a major obstacle. "Many people who have been scammed are ashamed, or think they cannot get their money back, so they do not report, while these are very important sources of information to help the investigation agency grasp the new tricks and methods of operation of the subjects," Mr. Trung shared.
