How to receive support and purchase goods at the online "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" Program

Comrade Tran Thi Thanh Ha, Member of the Presidium, Deputy Head of the Labor Relations Department of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL), said that the Presidium of the VGCL has just issued a Plan to organize the online program "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026".

Accordingly, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will provide financial support through electronic vouchers (e-vouchers) for union members to purchase goods and consumer products on the official website (address: https://chotet.congdoan.vn/) or the Program's smart device application (on IOS or Android operating systems).

Expected time to organize the Program: From 0:00 on December 20, 2025 to 24:00 on February 3, 2026 (from 0:00 on November 1 to 24:00 on December 16, At Ty year 2025).

The beneficiaries of the Program are union members of the Vietnam Trade Union system, with excellent achievements in labor and production, actively participating in activities organized by the union; union members with difficult circumstances and low income.

Workers in enterprises enthusiastically participated in the "Union Fair - Zero-dong Booth" at the program "Happy Tet - Sharing Spring" organized by the General Department of Logistics (now the General Department of Logistics - Engineering) in 2024.

There will be 200,000 workers supported to participate in the Program, with a support level of 500,000 VND/person.

Regarding how to receive support, purchase goods and products, as follows:

- Step 1 : Issue e-voucher to union members

Provincial and municipal labor federations, central industry unions, economic group unions and general corporation unions under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor select union members who are eligible for support according to the allocated number, make a list and send it to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Vietnam General Confederation of Labor issues e-vouchers to union members according to the proposed list (attached to the registered phone number).

- Step 2 : Union members buy goods and products

Union members are given e-vouchers by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to purchase goods and products on the official website (address: https://chotet.congdoan.vn/) or the application on smart devices of the Program during the Program period.

- Step 3 : Union members receive purchased goods and products.

Under the direction of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Vietnam, provincial and municipal labor federations, central industry unions, economic group unions and general corporation unions under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor need to actively promote the goals, significance and activities of the Program on local newspapers and radio stations and within the system to union members who are supported by the Program.

Based on the number of union members and union officials who support union members participating in the Program, the union members and union officials under the management level will be allocated, reviewed, and selected, and a list of support requests will be made and sent to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (via the Labor Relations Department and a soft copy will be sent to the email address: khungelaodongtld@gmail.com) before November 15, 2025.

- Research documents on instructions for purchasing goods and products at the Program; set up groups and points, arrange personnel to guide and support union members in purchasing goods and products at the Program.

Grassroots trade unions with union members are supported

- Based on the number of people receiving support as allocated by the higher-level union, make a list of grassroots union officials participating in supporting union members in purchasing goods (maximum of 10 people/grassroots union), list of union members eligible to receive support, and send it to the higher-level union for synthesis.

- Enter information of grassroots union officials participating in support Union members purchasing goods, union members eligible to receive support from their units visit the Program's official website at: https://chotet.congdoan.vn/.

- Arrange an area to receive goods and products that union members have successfully purchased at a suitable location in the Company for the shipping unit to deliver the goods; register the address to receive goods and products and the phone number of the union officer who purchases and receives goods for all union members supported by the unit (if needed and agreed upon by the union members)...
