The leaders of the Commune People's Committee also requested the Commune Military Command to prepare adequate rescue equipment; organize and assign forces to be on duty at bridges and culverts when the water level rises, causing danger to travel. The Commune Police coordinate with the Commune Military Command to support people in tying and shoring up their houses when directly affected by the storm. The Office of the People's Council, the Commune People's Committee, the Economic Department, the Department of Culture - Society, and the heads of villages, based on their assigned functions and tasks, deploy necessary measures to respond to the storm, as well as support people to proactively prevent and avoid storms safely, minimizing damage to people and property.
