Tay Ninh aims to start construction of high-tech industrial park in 2026

According to the Project to implement breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and digital transformation development in the 2025-2030 period, Tay Ninh province sets many specific targets, including striving to start construction of a high-tech industrial park, digital technology industry and Provincial Innovation Center by 2026.

Tay Ninh prioritizes investment in science and technology and digital transformation

To achieve this goal, Tay Ninh will focus on reviewing, adjusting, and supplementing the planning for industrial park development towards high technology and digital technology ; investing in completing technical and digital infrastructure, preparing clean land funds, and improving service quality.

At the same time, the province will study, issue or adjust specific policies to attract investment in the fields of high-tech industry and digital technology, aiming to attract technology enterprises, research organizations, and strategic investors.

According to the orientation, the high-tech industrial park will prioritize enterprises operating in the fields of clean technology, renewable energy, artificial intelligence (AI), semiconductor industry and advanced digital technology. Along with that, Tay Ninh will deploy the construction and operation of the Provincial Innovation Center according to the private investment and management model.

During the 2025-2030 period, the province also strives to build at least one smart urban area, and at the same time deploy the "Smart Commune and Ward" model in the locality where it is implemented, in order to form a synchronous and closely connected smart urban-government ecosystem.

Accordingly, the province will review urban construction projects in the area to select and, together with project investors, implement solutions from planning to forming smart urban areas. At the same time, the province will prioritize the implementation of the "Smart Commune and Ward" model at the local authorities where the implementation takes place to synchronously connect urban areas and authorities in implementing smart urban solutions.
