Mr. Huynh Van Ban, a fisherman in Son Tra ward, said: "Hearing that storm No. 13 was very strong, I had to quickly bring my boat ashore to ensure safety. I hope the storm passes quickly and does not cause any damage so we can go out to sea again soon."

Previously, the People's Committee of Da Nang City directed the City Military Command, City Police, Border Guard Command, Department of Agriculture and Environment of the City and People's Committees of coastal communes and wards to continue to closely monitor the storm's developments and dangerous weather conditions at sea; promptly notify owners of vehicles and boats still in operation to proactively take precautions.
In Tam Hai island commune, to respond to storm No. 13, the People's Committee of the commune has announced the temporary suspension of passenger ferry routes across the river in the commune from 12 noon on November 6.

At the same time, coordinate with forces to guide people to anchor boats safely, move fishing gear and aquaculture rafts. Check and direct shock forces to help people reinforce their houses, ensuring safety for people and property before the storm hits.
