The Central Highlands may also experience strong winds of level 8-9, gusting to level 11. The risk of natural disasters is determined at level 4 - a very high risk level. At the same time, from Ha Tinh to Khanh Hoa, there is a high possibility of heavy to very heavy rain. This is a very strong storm, after entering the East Sea, it will continue to strengthen, the area of strong winds is very wide.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested members of the Provincial Civil Defense Command to be on duty at their units and agencies from 1 p.m. on November 6 until the natural disaster situation ends.
People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones, especially localities forecast to be heavily affected such as Sa Huynh, Tra Cau, Duc Pho, Khanh Cuong, Nguyen Nghiem, Dang Thuy Tram, and Lan Phong, must mobilize maximum available forces and means.
It is necessary to fully prepare necessities, medicines, medical supplies, and ensure environmental sanitation at concentrated evacuation points.


Urgently supply food to isolated or deeply flooded residential areas; absolutely do not let people go hungry, cold, or without shelter from storms. Arrange medical staff on duty to support examination, emergency aid, and health care for people when necessary.
In particular, from 8:00 p.m. on November 6 to 8:00 a.m. on November 7, localities must ensure 100% of their military personnel are on storm duty.
The Chairmen of the People's Committees of communes, wards and special zones must take personal responsibility before the Provincial People's Committee and the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee if there is a situation where people are hungry and cold, or have no place to take shelter from storms due to subjective reasons or delays in evacuation work.

The provincial police have established a Frontline Command Committee to direct prevention, response and recovery work in communes and wards in the southern and western regions of the province.

In the West, the Forward Command, headed by Colonel Le Xuan Thuy, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, is stationed in Kon Tum ward.
