Along with the temporary suspension of tourist services, the Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Center has deployed an emergency response plan, requiring relic management boards to inspect and reinforce all construction items such as roofs, ticket sales areas, exhibition areas, electrical systems, trees and temple tower areas. At the same time, assigning forces to be on duty 24/24 hours, preparing rescue vehicles and materials including sandbags, anchor ropes, flashlights, pumps, raincoats, fire extinguishers, etc. to ensure absolute safety for people and property. The units have also informed tourism and travel companies about the temporary suspension of receiving guests, and at the same time not allowing people and tourists to enter dangerous areas during storms.

According to the leader of the Provincial Cultural Heritage Conservation Center, immediately after the storm has passed, the unit will urgently inspect, repair damage, clean the environment and assess the safety level at the relic sites before reopening to welcome visitors. This is a necessary and timely measure, demonstrating the spirit of initiative and responsibility in heritage protection and ensuring safety for visitors during the 2025 storm season.
