Attending the ceremony were Ms. Tran Thi Dieu Thuy, City Party Committee member and Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee; Colonel Nguyen Dinh Chuan, City Party Committee member and Deputy Political Commissar of the City Command; and representatives from the City's Steering Committee for the Search for the Remains of Fallen Soldiers (Steering Committee 515).

At the Martyrs' Cemetery Memorial in Dau Tieng commune, in a solemn, respectful, and deeply grateful atmosphere, the delegates performed the ritual of offering incense and flowers with the inscription "Forever remembering the gratitude owed to the heroic martyrs."

Next, the delegates observed a minute of silence to express their profound respect and boundless gratitude to the heroic martyrs – the outstanding sons and daughters of the nation who bravely sacrificed their lives for the cause of national liberation, reunification, and the happiness of the people.
Immediately following the memorial service, a funeral and burial ceremony were held for the two remains of martyrs recently discovered by the search and recovery forces of the Ho Chi Minh City Command in Phu Binh hamlet, Thanh An commune.

Based on information gathered and verified from witnesses, veteran revolutionaries, and local residents, during the resistance war against the US, this place served as a military medical line for caring for and treating wounded soldiers of Unit Q16 ( thuộc R Miền).

Following the memorial service, the delegates performed the ritual of carrying the remains of the fallen soldiers to their burial site.

With profound respect and gratitude, the memorial service and burial of the martyrs' remains were held solemnly, expressing deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs and contributing to the education of revolutionary traditions for present and future generations.
