Joining in this vibrant and meaningful atmosphere, Lam Dong province is also urgently reviewing procedures and completing preparations for the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies of four important projects that are of immense significance to the lives of the people and promise to create strong momentum for local development. Among the projects being launched is a crucial road project: the Tan Phu - Bao Loc Expressway. This 66 km long expressway is being invested in under a public-private partnership model with a total capital of 14,475 billion VND. The road will help complete the expressway system from Dau Giay to Lien Khuong, creating a strategic connecting corridor between Lam Dong and key economic centers in the South, promoting trade, tourism, and attracting investment.
Also commencing construction at this time is the HLI - Nam Ha 2 ready-built warehouse project for lease, invested by Nam Ha 2 Industrial Park Co., Ltd. Located in the southeastern part of the province, an area with strong industrial development potential, the project is expected to provide modern production and storage space, attract businesses, and create jobs for local people.
Besides the ongoing construction projects, the people of Lam Dong province are also delighted with the inauguration of the Dak Nong General Hospital Upgrade Project. Approved in 2021 with a total investment of approximately 750 billion VND, the project is managed by the Investment and Construction Project Management Board No. 3. The hospital is designed to Grade 2 standards, with a capacity of 700 beds on an area of nearly 12 hectares, equipped with modern facilities. The inauguration of this project will significantly improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, meeting the growing healthcare needs of the people.

Another major project inaugurated on this occasion is the Tan Duc Industrial Park Infrastructure Construction and Operation Project. Covering an area of 300 hectares, this project has received investment approval from the Prime Minister and is invested in by Sonadezi Binh Thuan Joint Stock Company. The modern infrastructure of Tan Duc Industrial Park promises to attract large enterprises, creating a favorable environment for production, investment, and business, generating many new job opportunities, and contributing to the industrial and service growth of the province.
Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Hong Hai, issued specific and decisive directives to ensure the groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies went smoothly. All units were required to coordinate closely with the Department of Construction and local authorities, review site conditions and organizational plans, and ensure all necessary legal documents and procedures are in place. Simultaneously, they were instructed to develop and issue detailed implementation plans to ensure the events proceed as scheduled, safely, and meaningfully.
The commencement and inauguration of four key projects, coinciding with the celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam, is a tremendous source of motivation, creating momentum for the province's socio-economic development goals, and also contributing to affirming Lam Dong's position in the overall development picture of the country.
Following the government's directive, on December 19th, major projects and constructions across the country will be inaugurated or commenced. The Ministry of Construction announced that it has reviewed and compiled a list of 245 projects in 34 provinces and cities that meet the criteria. Among these, Lam Dong province contributes 4 projects, including 2 projects to be commenced and 2 projects to be inaugurated.
