
Notably, the Da Lat College of Architecture was recognized by the International Union of Architects as one of the 1,000 outstanding architectural works of the 20th century worldwide. The train station, built by the French and completed between 1933 and 1938, was recognized as a National Architectural Monument in 2001 and is considered one of the most beautiful train stations in Indochina.
Religious and spiritual resources include Truc Lam Zen Monastery, situated on a 25-hectare plot encompassing the most beautiful Phuong Hoang hill in the Tuyen Lam Lake area. Da Lat Cathedral, built and completed between 1931 and 1942, boasts a unique French architectural style with a bronze rooster statue atop its 47-meter-high bell tower. Linh Son Pagoda, with its nearly 4-hectare grounds, stands out with its traditional East Asian architecture. In the center of the main hall is a bronze statue of Shakyamuni Buddha, cast in 1952, standing 1.7 meters tall and weighing 1,250 kg.
Regarding significant natural tourism resources, Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourist Area covers nearly 3,000 hectares. Many unique tourism activities are offered here, such as kayaking, golf, and trekking through the forest. Xuan Huong Lake, a national scenic area, is surrounded by other famous tourist attractions such as Lam Vien Square, Cu Hill, and Da Lat Flower Garden.
