Hanoi receives 30% of the revenue from mineral exploitation rights.

On the afternoon of December 13th, at its twenty-ninth session, the Hanoi City People's Council passed a Resolution amending some provisions of Resolution No. 48/2025/NQ-HĐND dated November 26, 2025, of the Hanoi City People's Council on budget allocation norms and percentage (%) rates for revenue sharing between different levels of the Hanoi City budget.

Resolution amending certain provisions of Resolution No. 48/2025/NQ-HĐND dated November 26, 2025, of the Hanoi City People's Council on budget allocation norms and percentages for revenue sharing between different levels of the Hanoi City budget.

The resolution amends the percentage of revenue from mineral and water resource exploitation fees granted by competent central authorities, as stipulated in Item 6, Section II, Appendix 02.1 - Percentage (%) of revenue sharing between budget levels of Hanoi City, issued together with Resolution No. 48/2025/NQ-HĐND, as follows: "Central budget is 70% - City budget is 30%".

This resolution shall take effect from January 1, 2026.
