
The report presented at the conference showed that from July 1st to November 30th, 2025, the Tran Phu Commune Public Administrative Service Center received 8,269 administrative procedure applications, of which 5,180 were processed online. The rate of applications processed correctly and ahead of schedule reached over 97%; 100% of applications involving fees and charges were paid using cashless methods. In terms of service quality assessment, the commune ranked 65th out of 126 communes and wards in the city. During this period, the Commune People's Committee received one citizen complaint related to the judicial field and handled it in accordance with regulations.

At the conference, residents submitted five suggestions for simplifying procedures related to land use right certificates, civil registration records, and corrections to birth names. These suggestions were discussed and addressed by representatives from relevant departments.

Concluding the conference, Vice Chairman of Tran Phu Commune People's Committee Le Duc Tung requested that the responsibility of leaders in handling administrative procedures be further enhanced; that the one-stop and integrated one-stop mechanisms be strictly implemented; and that 100% of applications be processed on time or ahead of schedule. At the same time, he urged the promotion of online public services, increased digitization of documents, and improved service quality and satisfaction among citizens and businesses.
