At the meeting, officers and soldiers of the Liaison Committee of the 10th Division's Combat Veterans in the Yen Bai area reminisced about their experiences in fighting, defending, and building the Fatherland; they also reported on the Liaison Committee's activities and outlined future directions and tasks.

The 10th Division, formerly the regiments under the B3 Western Highlands Command, was established on September 20, 1972. Its mission was to participate in combat in the Western Highlands, the Ho Chi Minh Campaign, protect the southwestern border, and carry out international duties in friendly countries. Notably, during the Saigon Liberation Campaign, the 10th Division, along with the 316th and 320th Divisions, was one of the five main offensive spearheads, successfully completing its assigned tasks.
With its achievements, the 10th Division has been awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces twice; many officers and soldiers of the division have been awarded or posthumously awarded this prestigious title.

Continuing the tradition of the past 53 years, the officers and soldiers of the 10th Division have upheld revolutionary heroism, achieved many new accomplishments, and contributed together with the entire Party, people, and army to successfully implement the strategic revolutionary tasks, continuing the glorious tradition: "Unity - Solidarity - Resilience - Decisive Victory".
Over 100 officers and members of the Liaison Committee of Comrades-in-Arms of the 10th Division in the Yen Bai area always stand united, upholding the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers," actively participating in local movements, and contributing to building a more prosperous, beautiful, and happy homeland.
