Here, the Executive Committee of the Hong Quan Primary School's Youth Union held a ceremony to admit 49 outstanding children as new members for the 2025-2026 school year. The delegation also spent time learning about the history of the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs' Cemetery, its burial areas, and the stories of the courageous battles fought by martyrs on the border of the Fatherland.

Through this program, students cultivate gratitude and a spirit of "remembering the source of the water they drink," gaining a deeper understanding of the history of the war to defend the northern border of the Fatherland. This is also a practical activity of Hong Quan Primary School aimed at building an educational environment rich in humanistic values, fostering a sense of responsibility in students to strive to become useful citizens in the future.
