Newspapers and radio and television in Tuyen Quang province donate to people affected by natural disasters.

On the afternoon of December 12th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province received donations to support people in Central and Central Highlands regions from Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television.

Responding to the call "All citizens support people in Central and Central Highlands regions to overcome the consequences of floods" from the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television Station have recently intensified their propaganda and mobilization efforts, encouraging officials, employees, and workers within the unit to join hands in donating and supporting with a spirit of mutual assistance. In a short period of time, the unit has raised 35 million VND to be sent to the people in the affected areas.

Besides the money donated through the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province, the Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television also directly organized fundraising and sent hundreds of essential clothing sets to people in the Central and Central Highlands provinces to help share the difficulties with people in disaster-stricken areas.

At the handover ceremony, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province, Mr. Nguyen Viet Khanh, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuyen Quang province, respectfully thanked and highly appreciated the spirit of solidarity, sharing, and social responsibility of the collective of officials, employees, and workers of Tuyen Quang Newspaper and Radio and Television. He affirmed that the entire amount of donations will be promptly allocated and transferred by the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee to the affected localities, contributing to helping people quickly stabilize their lives and restore production.
