At the Vi Xuyen National Martyrs' Cemetery and the Memorial Temple of the Heroes and Martyrs of the Vi Xuyen Front at Hill 468, in a solemn and respectful atmosphere, the delegation from the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense laid flowers, offered incense, and observed a moment of silence to express their profound gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, General Vo Nguyen Giap, and the heroic martyrs—the outstanding sons and daughters of the nation who bravely fought and heroically sacrificed themselves for the cause of national liberation, building and defending the Fatherland.

Visiting and presenting gifts to families of wounded and sick soldiers, and relatives of martyrs, on behalf of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and the leadership of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Nguyen Ba Luc extended greetings and best wishes for good health to the families of wounded and sick soldiers, and expressed deep gratitude for the contributions and sacrifices of previous generations.
Lieutenant General Nguyen Ba Luc requested that Military Region 2 and the Tuyen Quang Provincial Military Command continue to do a good job in policy work, promptly paying attention to and encouraging wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and families with meritorious contributions to the revolution, so that they can feel secure in production, develop the economy , and contribute to poverty reduction.
