Speaking at the award ceremony, Comrade Nguyen Le Huy emphasized: Implementing the policy of the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense on awarding portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to communes and wards in Hung Yen province is not merely an act of gratitude but also an important political task. This sacred symbol contributes to educating revolutionary traditions, strengthening faith, fostering national pride among cadres, Party members, and the people; and building a solid spiritual foundation for the cause of building, developing, and protecting the homeland.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested that Party committees and authorities of communes and wards receive, arrange, preserve, and promote the value of the statue of President Ho Chi Minh, considering it a sacred symbol in the political and spiritual life of each locality. The Provincial Military Command, in coordination with localities, should regularly maintain propaganda and education work associated with studying and following the thoughts, ethics, and style of Ho Chi Minh; making the image of President Ho Chi Minh a powerful spiritual motivation, arousing the aspiration for contribution and a sense of responsibility among cadres, Party members, and people throughout the province.

At the conference, on behalf of the communes and wards in the province, the leaders of Pho Hien ward expressed their deep gratitude for the attention of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, the Party Committee, and the commanders of Military Region 3 for the extremely meaningful gift.
Receiving the portrait statue of President Ho Chi Minh has provided further motivation for the Party committees, authorities, and people of communes and wards in the province to continue striving to fulfill their duties well and contribute to the overall development of their homeland and country.
