Attending the closing ceremony of the training course was Lieutenant General Huynh Chien Thang, Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Deputy Chief of the General Staff.
Reporting on the training results, Major General Vu Viet Hung, Director of the Military Training and School Department (General Staff), stated: Over the five days of training, the trainees reviewed fundamental principles and theories, especially the unified organization and methods of tactical team training; techniques for approaching targets at night under conditions where the enemy uses modern observation equipment; and some content on the principles of optical reconnaissance, infrared reconnaissance, and radar reconnaissance, in order to standardize camouflage and deception solutions to counter observation and reconnaissance equipment.

In addition, the officers participating in the training were equipped with several contents on the procedures for using explosives, incendiary devices, equipment, and symbolic simulations in drills; ensuring safety in the construction of combat structures; an overview of the classification, application, usage trends, and equipment of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) throughout the military; the role and position of digital data in the national digital transformation process, data center planning, and the Ministry of National Defense's digital data development plan; political education, logistics, and technical support...

In his closing remarks at the training course, on behalf of the Ministry of National Defense leadership, General Nguyen Tan Cuong commended the results achieved by the officers through the training. Based on the Ministry's training content, the Chief of the General Staff requested that agencies under the Ministry of National Defense organize training, guidance, and implementation for subordinate units; and directed all levels to complete the training before February 9, 2026. He also emphasized the importance of thorough preparation for training in 2026, including the development of rigorous and scientific training plans at all levels.
The training process focuses on in-depth study of new content and areas where weaknesses or deficiencies exist, ensuring suitability for combat operations in high-tech warfare conditions. It involves thorough research into new combat methods and tactics employed by the militaries of several countries in recent armed conflicts to provide advice and propose training content and methods that closely reflect actual combat situations. Simultaneously, emphasis is placed on strengthening tactical and operational training for commanders at all levels; guiding the actions of platoons and troops; and paying attention to safety measures during training and exercises.

At the closing ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded Certificates of Merit from the Ministry of National Defense to 7 collectives and 15 individuals; and Certificates of Merit from the General Staff to 19 collectives and 86 individuals for their outstanding achievements in planning, organizing, and ensuring the support of the 2026 all-army officer training.
