To date, state budget revenue in the province in 2025 has reached 4,073 billion VND.

The target of 4,000 billion VND set by the Provincial Party Standing Committee was exceeded. For the first time, both domestic and import-export revenues showed spectacular growth, demonstrating the strong determination of the political system in collecting state budget revenue.

In 2025, the central government allocated a total state budget revenue target of 1,966 billion VND for the province. This includes 1,286 billion VND from domestic revenue and 680 billion VND from import-export activities. The provincial People's Council allocated a target of 2,089 billion VND, including 1,399 billion VND from domestic revenue and 690 billion VND from import-export activities.

As of December 11th, the total state budget revenue for 2025 in the province reached VND 4,073 billion, exceeding the central government's target by 107%, exceeding the provincial People's Council's target by 94%, and increasing by 65% ​​compared to 2024. Of this, domestic revenue reached over VND 1,831 billion; import and export revenue reached VND 2,213 billion; revenue from mobilized contributions reached VND 25.6 billion; and aid revenue reached VND 3 billion.

Under the decisive leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and the close and flexible management of the Provincial People's Committee, relevant departments, agencies, and localities, especially the Tax, Customs, and Police sectors, have implemented comprehensive and decisive solutions for revenue management; strictly controlled tax calculation, declaration, and payment; ensured the correct and full collection of all revenues arising according to tax laws, and combated revenue loss. They have intensified propaganda and mobilization efforts to encourage business households and enterprises to declare and fulfill their tax obligations to the State. They have accelerated the auctioning of land use rights to increase domestic revenue from land use fees. They have recovered and resolved outstanding tax debts. They have also promoted administrative reform to facilitate the import and export of goods through border gates in the province.
