
At its 32nd session, the Hai Phong City People's Council, 16th term, 2021-2026, adopted Resolution No. 69/NQ-HĐND on the estimated state budget revenue in the city; local budget revenue and expenditure; and local budget allocation for 2026.
The Hai Phong City People's Council decided that the estimated state budget revenue for the city in 2026 is 194.9 trillion VND, which is 53.6 billion VND higher than the central government's projected target.
Specifically, the revenue structure identifies domestic revenue at nearly 103.2 trillion VND. Revenue from import and export activities is 84.2 trillion VND. Revenue mobilized from contributions from agencies, organizations, and individuals as prescribed by law is 50 billion VND. Additional revenue from the central budget is over 6.1 trillion VND...
The projected local budget revenue is over 90.7 trillion VND. Of this, the provincial budget accounts for nearly 79.4 trillion VND; and the commune-level budget accounts for over 11.3 trillion VND. The projected local budget expenditure is 100% of the projected revenue, equivalent to over 90.7 trillion VND.
In 2025, total state budget revenue in the city is estimated to reach over 187 trillion VND, exceeding the central government's target by 27% and increasing by 23.1% compared to the same period in 2024. Of this, domestic revenue is expected to reach 100 trillion VND, exceeding the central government's target by 34.9% and increasing by 30.8% compared to the same period last year. Revenue from import and export activities is expected to reach over 83.2 trillion VND, exceeding the central government's target by 25% and increasing by 15.9% compared to the same period last year.
